Binder Grouping
Binder grouping helps you quickly understand what is inside a binder by summarizing your cards into easy-to-scan groups.
Instead of scrolling through every card row, you can group first, then click a group to jump into a focused card list.
- Open any binder.
- In the toolbar, click Group by.
- Choose a grouping option such as Set, Rarity, or Artist.
You will see grouped cards with a card count for each group.
You can group cards by the following fields:
- Set: useful for set collection progress and print-run planning.
- Rarity: helps review distribution of common to mythic cards.
- Type: groups cards into major card types.
- Artist: useful for art-focused collecting.
- Finish: separates nonfoil, foil, and etched cards.
- Condition: helps review card quality across a binder.
- Language: separates cards by language.
- Promo type: groups cards by promo category.
- Search groups: quickly find a group by typing in the group search field.
- Sort groups: sort by group name or number of cards.
- Pages: move between pages when a grouping has many results.
This is especially useful for large binders with many sets or artists.
Clicking a selectable group applies that group as a filter, then returns you to the card list so you can keep working with a smaller subset.
Some groups are informational only and cannot be selected. This usually means the card data is missing that specific detail.
Grouped results always follow your active binder filters. If you already filtered by name, price, finish, or other options, grouping reflects only that filtered set.
If you are comparing binders, grouped results are based on the overlap between the two binders.
Use Back to cards view to return to the normal card list.
This action exits grouped view and clears active filters so you can start a fresh search.
