Use this page to resolve the most common account access issues quickly.

Common issues and fixes

  • Can't sign in: Confirm your email and password, then try again with Caps Lock disabled.
  • Didn't receive verification email: Check spam/promotions, then request a new verification email from the sign-in screen.
  • Forgot password: Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page and open the newest reset email only.
  • OAuth provider mismatch: If you originally used Google, continue with Google sign-in for the same email.

Before contacting support

  1. Try an incognito/private window.
  2. Try a second browser or device.
  3. Retry after disabling aggressive ad/tracker blockers.
  4. Capture the exact error message and the page URL where it appears.
