Use this page to resolve the most common account access issues quickly.
Common issues and fixes
- Can't sign in: Confirm your email and password, then try again with Caps Lock disabled.
- Didn't receive verification email: Check spam/promotions, then request a new verification email from the sign-in screen.
- Forgot password: Use the password reset flow from the sign-in page and open the newest reset email only.
- OAuth provider mismatch: If you originally used Google, continue with Google sign-in for the same email.

- Try an incognito/private window.
- Try a second browser or device.
- Retry after disabling aggressive ad/tracker blockers.
- Capture the exact error message and the page URL where it appears.
