Immer wenn du während des Zuges eines Gegners eine Karte ziehst, erzeuge einen 1/1 blauen Tentakel-Kreaturenspielstein.
Immer wenn ein Tentakel, den du kontrollierst, stirbt, enttappe bis zu einen Kraken deiner Wahl und lege eine Betäubungsmarke auf bis zu eine bleibende Karte deiner Wahl, die kein Land ist.

Le Guetteur de l'Eau arrive sur le champ de bataille engagé avec neuf marqueurs « étourdissement » sur lui.
À chaque fois que vous piochez une carte pendant le tour d'un adversaire, créez un jeton de créature 1/1 bleue Tentacule.
À chaque fois qu'un tentacule que vous contrôlez meurt, dégagez jusqu'à un kraken ciblé et mettez un marqueur « étourdissement » sur jusqu'à un permanent non-terrain ciblé.

水中の監視者はタップ状態かつ麻痺カウンター９個が置かれた状態で戦場に出る。
対戦相手のターン中にあなたがカード１枚を引くたび、青の１/１の触手・クリーチャー・トークン１体を生成する。

The Watcher in the Water enters tapped with nine stun counters on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
Whenever you draw a card during an opponent's turn, create a 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token.
Whenever a Tentacle you control dies, untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent.

Tales of Middle-earth Promos

For the last ability, the target Kraken can (and probably will) be The Watcher in the Water. If it is, and if it has at least one stun counter on it, you'll remove a stun counter from it instead of untapping it.
