対戦相手がコントロールしているクリーチャーが攻撃するなら、そのプレイヤーがコントロールしているクリーチャーはすべて可能なら攻撃する。

每当任一对手横置地以产生法术力时，横置所有由该牌手操控的地。
如果某个由对手操控的生物攻击，则所有由该对手操控的生物若能攻击，则必须攻击。

War's Toll

Whenever an opponent taps a land for mana, tap all lands that player controls.
If a creature an opponent controls attacks, all creatures that opponent controls attack if able.

Your opponent can tap lands for mana in response to the triggered ability. The effect won't prevent your opponent from casting spells or activating abilities, but it will make it difficult for that player to cast other spells or activate abilities later in the turn because unspent mana is lost at the end of each step.
