Whenever you sacrifice a Desert and whenever a Desert card is put into your graveyard from your hand or library, put that card onto the battlefield under your control at the beginning of your next end step.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you control five or more Deserts, create that many 1/1 red, green, and white Sand Warrior creature tokens. They gain haste.

Hazezon Tamar

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Hazezon Tamar entered the battlefield since the beginning of your last upkeep, put a 1/1 red, green, and white Sand Warrior creature token onto the battlefield for each land you control. Those creatures have "When a permanent named Hazezon Tamar isn't on the battlefield, exile this creature."

When Hazezon Tamar enters, create X 1/1 Sand Warrior creature tokens that are red, green, and white at the beginning of your next upkeep, where X is the number of lands you control at that time.
When Hazezon leaves the battlefield, exile all Sand Warriors.
