Devour Intellect

Target opponent discards a card. If mana from a Treasure was spent to cast this spell, instead that player reveals their hand, you choose a nonland card from it, then that player discards that card.

Mischievous Lookout

Once during each of your turns, you may cast a noncreature, non-Aura permanent spell from your graveyard. If you do, it perpetually becomes a 2/1 Rat creature in addition to its other types.

My Followers Ascend

When you set this scheme in motion, put five +1/+1 counters on a creature you control and it gains flying and vigilance until end of turn. If you control no creatures, instead create a 4/4 colorless Scarecrow artifact creature token with vigilance.
